Basil and Mustard Pek-a-roni Cheese

Ingredients
1 punnet of mushrooms
1 carton of double cream
1 can PEK Chopped Pork
300g Macaroni (75g per person serving 4) Cheese
1 tablespoon Mustard
Basil leaves
Salt and pepper to season
Method
Chop and fry the mushrooms
Chop the basil leaves and add to the mushrooms
Stir in the carton of cream and a tablespoon of mustard
Chop the PEK into cubes and add to the mixture
Grate some cheese and add to taste
Let the ingredients simmer on a low heat
Cook and drain the Macaroni and place in a baking tray
Remove the PEK and mushroom sauce mix from the heat and stir into the pasta
Sprinkle with grated cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C
